I have been a member for about 5 mins already. My first brew was a Doric can of malt in the late 50s, it came out of the bottle like a yeasty volcano, but as there was a beer strike on and it was stinking hot it wasn't all bad. Since retiring I have time to get a bit more serious about brewing, I mostly use Muntons kits and add a bit of this and that, somtimes impressed with result, sometimes not ! . My main problem is geting DME for priming, I like Muntons Spraymalt but seems hard to get, I have emailed and phoned Vintners in Kitchener, Nor response. I am not into advanced brewing but any suggestion would be most welcome. Regards, Wendat in Barrie
