Hey my name is Tyler, moved to ontario last year from Victoria b.c. Used to make beer, gonna get back into it shortly when i get back from Afghanistan (in the military) I would like to learn more about whole grain brewing? and im hoping to purchase a conical fermenter when i get home, to hopefully make brewing easier(and bigger batches) than my current setup. I usually make the brew house kits, which I like, however they are not as cheap as I am, so im hoping to learn more of the process.
