Keg Conversion H/W in Msga/TO

Ask the MoB Hi,
I recently acquired a keg that I am going to convert to a brew kettle. I know about Swagelok for fittings. I would like a list of fittings that are required ie .... Stainless Steel Pipe Fitting, Hex Nipple, 3/8 in. Male NPT example Swagelok SS-6-HN. Also, if anyone has recommendations for a welding shop in the Mississauga/Toronto area (quality but not too expensive :>). Other parts or part supplier recommendations are also appreciated.
Cheers,
The Iceman

Swagelock fittings are gorgeous, but you don't need to go to such a Cadillac solution (unless of course you want to!! ;-) It can be as simple as welding a 1/2" NPT coupling through the side wall, about and inch above the bottom. You can then screw in a nipple and a ball valve on the outside, and screw any sort of adaptor or connector on the inside that you wish.
