Jesse here.
I've been brewing concentrate kits for 18 years now, and have tried my hand at a few all-grain and partial mashes with great success.
I also work at Defalco's and have probably dealt with one or two of you in the past.

I am wondering what common brewing equipment/ingredients people would like made available in the area. I can't say Defalco's will carry everything that is suggested, but I can certainly push for the high demand items to be brought in.
Oh, and Defalco's will be carrying Wyeast again in the coming months.
I write this as a community service only and not an advertisment for my employer.
Thank you, and happy brewing.

Welcome to the club Jesse - see my response to your post below about the mailing list - you really should consider signing up.

I think you'll find that most of what we'd like to be available just is not economically viable for Defalcos. Most of us build our own equipment, and we do bulk orders of hops, grains and yeast every year. The selection we get this way could never, ever, ever be economically viable for your employer. In fact, as you may know. Paddock Wood the online retailer out of Saskatchewan recently went out of business because they said there just was not a big enough homebrew beer crowd in Canada to support them. That was after 10 years of offering a far greater selection than has ever been seen at Defalcos.
