Group tasting event - November

The second MoB tasting event was a success, despite the inclement weather. Andrew Perron facilitated a tasting on the theme of "Brown Ale", hosted by John Edwards in Ashton on November 22, 2002 at 7:00pm. Nine MoBsters braved the snow to sample several brown ales.

Contacts Plugin Added

I just downloaded and install the 'contacts' plugin for GL, and it looks great! We can use it to add our own contact information for other members to view, but nobody else. Just make sure to set the group to "mobsters" and click the permissions boxes as shown here.

If you want to add a contact and allow other MoBsters to edit it, click the "group edit" box. The "Anonymous" box will allow anyone surfing to our site to view it, even if not logged in. The "Members" box allows anyone with a valid site account to view it.
